Choose a service and time, or start with the free call. You don't need a doctor's referral.
  2. 02

    Share Your History

Your first appointment includes a full health history, so it runs longer than a follow-up. Bring any questions you have.
  3. 03

    Leave with a Next Step

Your practitioner explains what they found and suggests a plan. If another service here fits better, they'll refer you in-house.

Common Questions from New Patients

Which service do I need?

If you aren't sure, start with a naturopathic assessment. It gives us a broad look at your concern and helps us match you to the right practitioner, whether that's naturopathic, osteopathic, massage, acupuncture or something else on the team.

Do I need a referral?

No. You can book directly with any of our practitioners. A referral from your family doctor isn't required to be seen here.

Do you direct bill?

We offer direct billing to many insurers. Coverage varies by plan and service, so it helps to check your benefits before your visit. Ask us if you're unsure.

How long is a first visit?

It depends on the service, and initial appointments run longer than follow-ups because they include a full history and assessment. The exact length is shown when you book online.
