Psychotherapist supporting adolescents, adults, couples and families.

Jennifer Paquette, Psychotherapist

About Jennifer Paquette

Jennifer supports adolescents, adults, couples and families as they work through emotional well-being, relationships and life transitions. She is both a psychotherapist and a professor in Early Childhood and Disability Studies, which gives her a strong grounding in development, attachment and emotional regulation across the lifespan.

With wide experience alongside individuals and families, Jennifer understands how early experiences shape identity, behaviour and relationship patterns, and how those patterns often carry into adulthood. She also has experience supporting individuals and couples navigating ADHD and differences in communication, regulation and connection. Her approach is integrative and relational, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, attachment-based frameworks and somatic practices.

Jennifer offers a space grounded in empathy, safety and authenticity, and integrates mindfulness to help clients build presence and emotional regulation. She supports people working through anxiety, ADHD, behavioural challenges, trauma, addiction, stress, relationship difficulties and life transitions, with a focus on stronger communication, healthy boundaries and meaningful growth.
